Dental Care Alliance’s new 5,310 sf facility is an tenant fit-out which includes all interior finishes and extensive MEP work to accommodate specialized equipment. Plumbing work necessitated complex layout, saw-cutting of the existing slab, and digging trenches to install piping systems that can effectively handle the demands of a fully functioning dental facility.
