In 1993, Waverly supported a major U.S. client expanding internationally by delivering construction management services in Warsaw, at a pivotal moment when Poland was transitioning to a free-market economy. Recognizing both the immediate need and long-term opportunity, Waverly began assembling a team of highly skilled Polish construction professionals.

This effort led to the formation of EastWave Building Company in 1996. An ISO 9001–certified firm, EastWave provides general construction and construction management services across a wide range of sectors, including office, logistics, and manufacturing facilities.

EastWave’s strong reputation is built on the dedication of its loyal team and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality projects while providing clients with first-class service from concept through completion. For both Waverly and EastWave, this collaboration has also fostered valuable cross-cultural experience founded on mutual respect and shared standards of excellence.

Over thirty years in business, EastWave has grown and matured. With it, Waverly’s role has shifted from operational to advisory. Today, Waverly remains part of EastWave’s Management Board but looks to a remarkably talented Polish team to carry EastWave into the future.
