Whiskey Bottom Trade Center A 60,000 square foot spec. warehouse distribution facility built in Laurel, Maryland. Waverly acted as the General Contractor.
Eutaw Place A five-story 54 unit residential project constructed in Baltimore City. Waverly acted as Construction Manager.
Episcopal High School Women’s Dormitory A two-story steel and masonry structure built to house 31 students and two faculty families. Waverly acted as Construction Manager.

Dulaney Eye Institute A 7,200 square foot Eye Surgery Center constructed in a high rise office building in Towson Maryland. Work included: examining rooms, offices, retail facility and Laser Surgery operating rooms. Waverly acted as Genral Contractor
The Gardens Ice House A state-of-art 84,000 square foot twin sheet ice skating arena built in Laurel, Maryland. Work included: retail, food service and exercise facilities. Skating surfaces include both Olympic and NHL ice sheets. The facility has spectator seating for 700 fans. Waverly acted as the General Contractor.
North East Racing & Sports Club A 15,000 square foot “gut” and renovation of an existing structure, along with building additions. Interior amenities include: kitchen, restaurant, bars and public/private “OTB” facilities. Waverly acted as General Contractor.
The Shelter Group Total renovation of a two level, 19,000 square foot interior office fit-up in Downtown Baltimore, Maryland Work included all new mechanical and electrical systems with new “class A” finishes. Waverly acted as the General Contractor.
