Waverly has been active in the management of commercial projects in Poland since 1994. Experiences include: estimating, contract negotiation, export/import, value engineering, project supervision and administration. In order to gain greater control over quality, cost and schedule of the work performed in Poland, Waverly incorporated Polish design and construction companies – EastWave Design Sp. zo.o. and EastWave Building Company Sp. zo.o.
Since Waverly’s first involvement in Poland, and since the inception of its EastWave affiliates, the Polish operation has grown to include a staff of over twenty-five professional designers, engineers and managers. It has been involved in the Design, Construction, and Management over Two Million Square Feet (200,000 m2) of commercial product including office, logistics, manufacturing and recycling. The Waverly/EastWave Team has compiled a strong record of on-time performance with a cost sensitive approach.
As with Waverly in the United States, our English speaking Polish Team approaches each project with integrity and sensitivity to the specific needs of the customer and lends a "Western" perspective to Polish customs and standards of construction. Customer feed-back suggests that EastWave is a very useful solution for American firms looking for an American "style" relationship or for Polish and "Western" firms expecting a relationship more traditional to the local market.
