Jeff-Eyring

A founding partner and President of Waverly Construction & Management Company,  Mr. Eyring has over four decades of construction experience including: heavy and light commercial  projects, he has also been active in project management, administration and business management.   In addition to his responsibilities with Waverly, he also serves as Vice President of the Management Board for our sister companies, the EastWave Building Company and EastWave Design, in Warsaw, Poland.  EastWave designs and builds commercial and industrial projects throughout Poland and Central Europe for U.S. and European clients.

Mr. Eyring earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, he is also certified as a LEED Accredited Professional, and has extensive understanding and experience in international business management.

Demonstrating an intrinsic part of the values of Waverly, Jef has helped to organize sailing programs for physically and socially disadvantaged residents of Baltimore and volunteered with the American Red Cross for over 15 years.  He served on the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Region of the American Red Cross, as Director-In-Charge of International Services, which included Holocaust and War Victim Tracing. In his position at the Red Cross, he was also responsible for Health and Human Services; the Red Cross department disseminating life-saving and safety training programs. As a past President and an advisor to the Building Congress & Exchange and Exchange Foundation, he has been active in supporting and encouraging the development of programs which benefit youth, the design and construction industries, and the community.  Currently, in conjunction with the company’s focus this year on Alzheimer’s, he is serving on the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Maryland Chapter.

Ed-Audy

As a founding partner and Vice President of Waverly Construction & Management Company,  Mr. Audy’s career in the construction field spans more than 40 years, with  broad experience in both heavy, light commercial and residential projects.  A crane operator early in his career, his expertise has developed to include:  site and project administration, and business management.

Ed has extensive experience in multifaceted medical projects that include renovations to highly sensitive and occupied hospital spaces.  He has overseen the construction of shell office buildings, industrial projects, and complex interior improvements.

In addition to managing various projects, Ed oversees the human resource needs for Waverly’s field operations, which includes all Safety and OSHA compliance. He also heads the Company’s Estimating Team.  Ed is a certified as a LEED Accredited Professional.

In line with the philosophies of Waverly, Ed has been an active member of the William S. Baer School’s Private Partnership Board. The Baer School is a Baltimore City Public School, whose focus is exclusively on the therapeutic needs of severely handicapped children. The mission of this Board is to undertake projects to raise funds to help support the needs of its students. In addition, over the past several years, Ed has been committed to volunteering his time to Habitat for Humanity.  Ed feels that the satisfaction of using his construction skills to benefit the people of Baltimore’s Sandtown Community is a reward that has far outweighed the time he spends helping out.  An avid bicyclist, he also finds time to dedicate to the American Diabetes Association, taking part in their annual Tour de Cure cycling event.

Ed-Brnich

As a founding partner, and Vice President of Waverly Construction & Management Company, Mr. Brnich brings with him, over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.  With expertise in the construction of commercial carpentry and design/build projects, he brings a distinctive energy and experience to the ventures he is involved in.  Since his early beginnings in the construction industry, he has become well versed in both site and project administration and business management.  Ed’s undertakings with Waverly involve projects that range from shell and interior office buildings to retail and industrial projects.  In more recent years, his concentration has been on on public and private sport facilities, law firms, and assisted living projects.

With a comprehensive understanding of technology, he has taken a lead role in Waverly’s growth of information systems hardware and software; giving us the same management capabilities as that of a larger firm.  And, with an indispensable ability to interact with others, he is an important link for Waverly’s sales and marketing team.

Having served as a captain in the Howard County Fire Department for a number of years, Ed holds those that serve the community in high regard.
